Message I used a wooden table leg, but same effect..

Left the car on the ground, put it in neutral, placed the leg in front of the tire at an angle, and slowly had a friend push the car backwards. The tire grabbed the leg and squeezed it above and over the top of the wheel, pinching it between the tire/fender as it rolled. We then did the same moving forward, then back, a couple times over. Doing this gave us a VERY clean, symmetrical roll.

Remember... wooden, not metal. We also didn't need to heat the fender, but it'd be a good idea for safety.
